Dough Processing

All the different steps in dough production and processing would be inconceivable without conveyor and processing belts.

Adego Group offers the right belt for each step in the process to suit the type of dough. Examples include belts with fabric tension members for laminators, plastic modular belts for cooling towers, or elastic belts for separation systems.

Confectionery

Sticky and greasy products such as chocolate of all types, or wine gums, primarily require special top-face coatings or surface patterns during production.

Meat, Poultry and Seafood Processing

Hygiene has top priority when processing meat, poultry and seafood. Consequently, the conveyor and processing belts used must follow suit.

All belts are superb choices for this industry, regardless of whether they have fabric tension members, consist of plastic modules, or are homogeneous belt types. They are very easy to clean and in addition to good levels of resistance to standard cleaning agents, they are also resistant to oil and grease.

Dairy Industry

Producing and processing milk and dairy products like cheese or butter is carried out under very sophisticated production conditions.

Products with high water content, or products where bacteria or mould cultures are prevalent, determine which belts are appropriate. In addition to fabric-based conveyor and processing belts, Forbo Movement Systems also offers plastic modular belts from its portfolio which is superb for the special conditions the dairy industry applies. Belts with closed belt edges (Fullseal or additional edge sealing) cut the risk of product contamination and increase service lives.

Agriculture

Agricultural products like fruit and vegetables are conveyed, washed, processed and packaged on belts after harvesting.

Robust conveyor belts from the Siegling Transilon or Siegling Prolink product ranges are excellent choices for these industrial processes. Steps like washing, juicing and drying require belts with good drainage, like Siegling Prolink modular belts (for example) with large open areas, or mesh belts from our range.

Packaging

In addition to traditional food packaging machinery, buffer systems, check-weighers, robots (vision systems), or box conveying systems are also part of the packaging area.
